Sunrise from Main Beach, Gold Coast

Four weeks ago, just before Queensland entered COVID-19 lockdown, I captured these breath-taking scenes. Am grateful to have witnessed them in person. It was also my first chance to test the Tamron 17–35mm (Canon mount) lens paired with the Fuji X-T20 body, and I’m genuinely impressed by the image quality. Each shot was taken at 17mm, ISO 200, with an aperture between f/8 and f/11, and a shutter speed of 1/125 second.
